DaVonda St.Clair is a cybersecurity strategist, U.S. military veteran, and technology career mentor with a proven track record of driving transformation for government agencies and Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies. With over 15 years of experience spanning information security architecture, risk management, and workforce development, she blends enterprise-level expertise with a mission to open doors for underrepresented talent.

As one of the few Black women to serve as an Information Security Architect supporting U.S. Federal Systems, DaVonda brings a rare perspective that fuses technical excellence with human-centered leadership.

She is the creator of the CrossOver Position Method™, the 90 Days to 100K Technology Career Blueprint, and the Tech Should Be Female™ initiative—frameworks designed to help individuals pivot into high-paying, sustainable careers in tech.
